Tour Highlights - LEH : An important town on the legendary 'Silk Route', Leh has also been an important centre, of Buddhist religion , culture and art since 3rd century A.D. Situated at 3368 m ( 11,500 ft ), Leh is a store house of culture & heritage.

Monastries : The region is dotted with centuries old 'Gompas', which are a cache of untold treasures of Art, Culture and History.

Upshi Manali Road : You will traversethe most adventurous trail through the valley of Lahaul and the ZANSKAR mountains. Passes over 5200 m ( 17,000 ft ) and the spectacular landscape are the key features of this route.

Manali : The jewel of the Kullu valley, Manali is where you begin your journey into the mountains. Located on the banks of the river Beas, this little town is a popular retreat, which provides many a romantic settings !

Day01: Delhi-Manali - Early morning arrival at Delhi. 0700 hrs departure by train to Chandigarh. Proceed by road to Manali. Overnight in Hotel.

Day02: Manali - Day at leisure to relax and explore the town. Overnight in Hotel.

Day03: Manali - Day excursions to Old Manali village and other places.
Overnight in Hotel.

Day04: Manali-Keylong / Jispa - Morning departure by road; cross the Rohtang Pass to enter the different world of Lahaul valley. Halt at Keylong or Jispa for the night. Overnight in Guest house.

Day05: Keylong/Jispa-Sarchu - An impressive drive through a breathtaking landscape and cross the Baralacha-La pass finally bring you to Sarchu. Overnight in Tents.

Day06: Sarchu-Pang - A very interesting drive over two passes. The constantly changing scenery is sure to leave one agape. Overnight in Tents.

Day07: Pang-Leh - The last day drive before reaching the final destination- Leh. Cross Taglang-La, the highest pass on this route (17500ft , 5300m). Overnight in Hotel.

Day08: Leh - Spend the day relaxing and to explore the town. Visit the palace and the Leh monastery. Enjoy the sunset from 'Shanti Stupa' located atop a hilltop. Overnight in Hotel.

Day09: Leh - Excursion to Shey palace and Thiksey monastery. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Hotel.

Day10: Leh - Day excursions to the Likir and Alchi Monasteries. Overnight in Hotel.

Day11: Leh - Excursions to Stok summer palace, Hemis and Spituk monasteries. Farewell dinner. Overnight in Hotel.

Day12: Leh-Delhi - Take the morning flight to Delhi. Day at leisure for sightseeing and souvenir hunting. After dinner transfer to Airport for flight back home.
